Whether it's fittings or smooth cowhide, all of our materials are carefully selected and traditionally handcrafted in Germany and Europe. Each product represents a piece of true craftsmanship. Attention to detail, a sustainable supply chain for people, the environment and animals form the basis for each of our products.
The shipping time depends largely on the place of delivery. For Germany 1-2 business days from order, for Europe 2-4 and for non-European deliveries up to 12 days. Basically, you will always receive a shipping confirmation when your order is on its way to you.
You have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
