Return Policy

If you have accidentally chosen the wrong size or color, or simply wish to cancel your purchase, please return the goods to us within 30 days of receipt, unused and in the original packaging, to receive a refund of the purchase price.

The cost of returning the item must be borne by the buyer. The package can be returned via a shipping service of your choice. We recommend shipping as an insured package with a tracking number. Please send the package exclusively to the following address:

To ensure quick processing of your return, please include your delivery note with your order.

Return policy for Switzerland 

Once your order has been imported into Switzerland, you will receive an email from our partner MyOrderGate. The email contains a link where you can register your return. Registering the return is mandatory, as otherwise we cannot re-import your package back to Germany. You will find detailed instructions in your package. Alternatively, you can download the information sheet here.

In your package, we have already provided you with a return label. The following costs apply for the return label, which will be deducted from the refund:
Packages up to 2kg - 20 CHF
Packages over 2kg - 30 CHF

Exchange policy

If you would like to exchange a product, we ask you to return your product as described above and simply reorder your desired product.
