The shipping time depends largely on the place of delivery. For Germany, 1-2 working days from order, for Europe 2-4 and for non-European deliveries up to 12 days. Basically, you will always receive a shipping confirmation when your order is on its way to you.

If you don't already know the circumference of your dog's neck from previous collars, measure again before ordering. What you need is your dog and a measuring tape. As an alternative to the tape measure, you can also use a string and measure the circumference with a ruler or folding rule. While your dog is standing, measure the circumference with the tape exactly where the collar would normally fit, i.e. in the middle of the neck. Make sure that the collar fits snugly, but that exactly one finger fits between the neck and the measuring tape. The determined value now corresponds to a respective size model in our table. Now all you have to do is choose a model, order it, enjoy the anticipation, unpack it, look forward to it again, put it on, take a picture, look forward to it again and then get out into the air together.
