We offer free worldwide shipping for orders over €149. Shipping costs for orders below €149 vary depending on the shipping country and chosen shipping method. You can find an overview of shipping costs and delivery times here.
So that you can personally convince yourself of the quality of our products, we naturally offer you a 14-day right of return from delivery.
Returns:
We have set up a returns portal at return.williamwalker.de for you to make returns easy and smooth. There you can obtain a prepaid DHL returns label for a fee. The fee will be automatically deducted from your refund amount. Alternatively, you can also send your return back with a shipping service provider of your choice. In this case, the fee will be waived.
Exchange:
If you would prefer a different size or a different product, you can also register the exchange conveniently via our returns portal. Simply select the desired replacement item there. Any discount from your original order will be automatically transferred to the new item. If the new item is more expensive, you will receive an invoice for the price difference. If it is cheaper, the difference will be credited to you. The new item will be sent as soon as we have received and checked your return.
