Twisted dog collars exude modern elegance thanks to the composition of high-quality cowhide, golden brass fittings and a pattern of filigree round braided leather strands. The noble braiding technique "Intrecciato" combines traditional Italian craftsmanship with contemporary trends.

The round shape and soft leather make the dog collar Twisted particularly comfortable for the four-legged friend - even when lying down. The lightweight leather dog collar is also ideal for free running due to its shape and weight. A small ring between the buckle and the D-ring carries an exclusive WW brand made of solid brass and offers the possibility of attaching your own dog tag. Thanks to dyed-through leather, the products of the Twisted collection are very robust, resistant to scratches and easy to clean to the maximum. A thick nylon strap inside the collar provides safe tensile strength .

Even though leather products age individually over time and tell their own story, proper care is highly recommended to ensure the longest possible life expectancy. Compared to other conventional leather products, the Plain collection is very robust and easy to care for.

A cloth moistened with water in combination with gentle rubbing is sufficientfor cleaning the leather. The remaining moisture should then be absorbed with a dry cloth.

For care, we recommend using a suitable leather cleaning agent and impregnation spray as well as greasing with a leather balm. The leather products in the Plain collection are not suitable for swimming and should be protected from extreme moisture.

The sizes for the dog collars from our leather collection are as follows:

Measurements are taken from the buckle to the first/smallest hole or from the buckle to the largest/last hole of the collar when lying flat.

Attention: Length is not the same as circumference! Our collars are measured from the buckle to the respective hole and in the unfolded, lying position. Our measurements are therefore not the circumference, but the length. When choosing a size, please bear in mind that the collars are thickly padded and will decrease in size by around 4-6 cm when fastened. Delivery is made by Swiss Post. There are no additional taxes, duties, or fees.

* Express orders received by us by 2 p.m. will be dispatched the same working day. Please note that no Saturday delivery is available for express shipments in Germany. Furthermore, only small items can be sent by express. Large and heavy packages such as dog beds cannot be sent by express. In this case, the order will be dispatched by standard or premium shipping, and the express shipping fees will be refunded.

** If delivery is made to a non-EU country, further customs duties, taxes, or fees may be payable by the customer, but not to the provider, but to the relevant customs or tax authorities. The customer is advised to inquire about the details from the customs or tax authorities before placing the order. Shipments to Switzerland are always sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). So there are no further charges for you.

Package Status

With the shipping notification, you will receive the tracking number for your package. You can then track the current status of your delivery at the Parcels App website at any time.  

Returns & Exchange (Switzerland - see notes below)

The cost of returning the item must be borne by the buyer. The package can be returned via a shipping service of your choice. We recommend shipping as an insured package with a tracking number. Please send the package exclusively to the following address:

Additional info for returns from a non-EU country

Please ensure that returns from a non-EU country are declared as a return. If receiving the return is only possible against a fee due to incorrect labeling, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance or deduct the incurred costs from the refund amount.

Return policy for Switzerland 

Once your order has been imported into Switzerland, you will receive an email from our partner MyOrderGate. The email contains a link where you can register your return. Registering the return is mandatory, as otherwise, we cannot re-import your package back to Germany. You will find detailed instructions in your package. Alternatively, you can download the information sheet here.

In your package, we have already provided you with a return label. The following costs apply for the return label, which will be deducted from the refund:
Packages up to 2kg - 20 CHF
Packages over 2kg - 30 CHF
